Valley Market's Bylaws and Governance
Valley Market is designated Valley Cooperative Market, Inc., as a stock cooperative association under provisions of Chapters 3 and 9 of Title 13.1 of the Code of Virginia (1950), as amended. As a co-op, we have adopted a set of bylaws which governs our actions. These bylaws may be amended by the Board of Directors and/or the Membership, as dictated by the bylaws.
