Membership in Valley Market

Membership in Valley Market means more than just being a customer. It means supporting our local economy through the purchase of local foods and products, fostering community involvement through educational programs, and providing a resource for information regarding healthful living.

By purchasing a membership equity share, you have a stake in the ownership of the business and can help shape the direction of our policies by voting, volunteering in our Core Group, or serving on the Board of Directors.

What's an Equity Share?

An equity share is an individually owned piece of Valley Market. Ownership entitles you to many economic benefits as well as a connection to a community focused on healthy living. Member capital enables the co-op to purchase inventory, acquire equipment, finance operations, and promote community events while minimizing outside debt.
